You can add the Holiday schedule to the Schedule Matrix.
**Adding a holiday will prevent new appointments from being added on the date of the holiday. Any existing appointments on the date of the holiday will be unaffected and should be deleted or rescheduled by hand.
Steps for adding Holidays ~
- Functions -> Scheduler -> Holidays or -
- Quick Functions -> Sched Matrix.
- Quick Menu -> Holidays.
- Click the button "Add Holiday".
- Enter the date of the holiday and the holiday name.
- Click 'Add' to save the holiday.
- You can add a holiday or delete a holiday.
