Texting service to automatically update member cell phone providers

Are you using the Texting service? It is by far worth every cent- You no longer need to ask your members for their cell provider. It will update all your members and any new ones will be updated when you add them.

To setup the account, go to:

then select SIGN-UP.

Once you get your userid and password, send to support@shapenetsoftware.com and we will activate your account in ShapeNet.

Once setup, simply add a cell number to shape and the system will automatically get the carrier.

You can also correct carrier information (members that might have changed carriers) every 2-3 months with a simple tool that we have integrated into ShapeNet. Also, we have several reports, including open balances, where you can mass text members.
