How to Edit an SMS template

Editing an SMS template:

- Functions -> Marketing -> SMS

- Choose "View SMS Templates" from the drop down list.

- A list of templates is displayed. The default query is for "Active Templates," but can be customized.

- Click the "Edit" link in the "ACTIONS" column for the desired template.

- Edit the description up to 50 characters.

- Edit the body of the SMS message up to 120 characters. There is a counter just above the upper right corner of the text area.

- Set the "Template Status" to "Active" or "Inactive."

- Hit the "Save" button.
