Why does the schedule matrix not show all trainers?
When viewing the schedule matrix, there is an option in the settings above the schedule called "w/ appts only". This can either be checked or unchecked.
If checked, only trainers that have appointments for the day you are viewing will display.
If unchecked, all trainers regardless of whether they have an appointment will show.
This setting applies to each individual administrator. Some admins may prefer to see all trainers and other may prefer to see only those with appointments. The setting will stay at the selection the admin makes in the schedule until they change it again.
