If you are using the member portal (tools-system settings-member portal settings-2017 member portal) your members can view/update their billing online for monthly payments.
If enabled and member has security to view/edit billing
Click My Info icon or click your name at the top of the screen
Click Billing information
If you want to change your monthly membership billing from primary credit card to your bank account click Change your billing preferences. Change the Manage Membership Payment preferences from primary credit card to bank account and save. Remember to add a bank account if one does not exist.
You can also update your credit card or bank account on file by clicking edit this card and updating the information accordingly.
