How can a member update their member information via the member portal?

Login to the Member Portal

Click the tile 'My Info'.  Some systems may have this labeled as "My Account".

Under My Info, you can ~

• Edit your Contact Information i.e., address, telephone number, email address.
• View your signed Contract agreements.
• Update your Billing.
• View/download your payments and session history as a Statement form.
• View your Check-in History.
• *View Fitness/Wellness Assessments.
•  View product purchases history.
•  View your membership details i.e., Next Bill Date, Payment Amount, Term Date.
• View Service Package history, sessions purchased, sessions left.
• *View and/or download club documents i.e., cancellation forms, freeze forms, minor release forms.
• Change your login ID or password.
• *View Member Achievements.

* Indicates optional features your club may or may not be using.
