How can a member view their training packages and the amount left on each via the member portal

Under Tools--> System Settings --> Member Portal Settings --> Show MY INFO Tile: must be enabled.

Member logs into Member Portal

Under Service Info each package purchased and the sessions left will be displayed.

If the Service Info section does not show on the left panel menu click MY INFO
