If you are using the updated member portal tools-->system settings-->member portal settings-->2017 member portal must be enabled and Show MY INFO Tile must be enabled, your members can view their receipts online.
Login to the Member Portal
Under account details they will select RECEIPTS, If you don't see the account details section on the left menu select MY INFO.
They have the ability to change the time frame and search criteria using the predefined query's.
They can also download their receipt list by using the icon on the top right hand side above the results.
