How can a member change their Login Id via the member portal?

How can a member change their Login Id via the member portal?

Tools--> System Settings --> member portal settings --> Show MY Info Tile must be enabled

Logon to the member portal

Under Account Details Click Change Login Id

It will default to your current Login

Update to how you want to login and click Update Login Id

If you don't see Account Details on the left panel menu click MY INFO
