Administrator Setup
Customize your Home Page by adding 'Favorites' to your Shortcut buttons.
*Note - the Functions and Reports available in the Favorites list are based on the Administrator's security settings. If the Admin doesn't have the security, they will not see the Function or Report in the Favorites.
1. Click on 'Tools' in the menu, then come down to 'Edit Favorites'.
- Functions - Functions are actions or tasks. Administrators use Functions to do their job, i.e., purchase memberships and services, check members in, assign lockers, purchase point of sale items, send emails and texts, etc. Check the Functions that you will need quick access to on a regular basis.
- Reports - Check the reports that you will use on a regular basis, i.e., Financial Transactions, Open Balances, Check-in, POS Analysis, Trainer Payroll, etc.
- POS - The POS items need to be mapped to a button before they are available in the Favorites list.
2. Also on the Main Menu bar, there is a link to "Contact Us".
‘Contact Us’ gives you access to our ‘KNOWLEDGE BASE’. If you are looking for help with an issue, try the Knowledge Base first. There are many articles that walk you through various ShapeNet functionalities. Enter a keyword(s) into the Search field and enter. You can also click into one of the Subject boxes to narrow your search.
