How can admins be locked out of editing a members name, card ID, unique identifier, and status but allow other updates

Under the security for Administrators:

Find User>>View Admins

Choose security under the actions column

Expand FUNCTIONS

Expand USER

Uncheck EDIT_USER_PROTECTED_FIELDS   

This will prevent admins from editing the first name, last name, unique identifier, card ID, and status.

They will be able to edit contact information, such as address, email phone, etc.
