What is the Unique Identifier in the User record and can it be searched on?
When adding a user to the Shape system, a unique identifier will be assigned. This is a numeric number that is unique to each user in the system.
To search by the Unique Identifier, use the following steps:
1. Find User
2. The Unique Identifier is a search field in this screen. It must be an exact match.
