Functions-> Users-> Find User
It is recommended that instead of deleting a user you make that user [Inactive].
*Note: For a member with an open service package or membership, be sure to close the package before making the member [Inactive].

- Search for the trainer, employee, member, etc. by entering first few letters of lastname; click [Search]
- Under the actions column, to the left of the user's name, click [Details]
- Next click [Edit]
- In the first section (General), change status to [Inactive]
If you truly would like to delete the user
Functions-> Users-> Find User
- Search for the trainer, employee, member, etc. by entering first few letters of lastname; click [Search]
- Under the actions column,click DELETE You must enter 1234 , remember this action CANNOT be undone
- click Delete User
