Education documents can be added to Shape to share with your members. Only PDF documents can be uploaded.
To add an education document, follow these steps:
Functions >> Member Portal >> Education Documents
Click the plus sign + to add a new document.
Title, Author, and Desc./Instructions are required.
Categories are customizable. To add categories, go to Tools>>System Settings>>Field Definitions. Expand Education Groups and add new categories.
Browse for the file.
On the member portal side, education documents are turned on under Tools>>System Settings>>Member Portal settings. Check the box for 'Show EDUCATION Tile'. You can also customize the name and tile order of this feature using the 'Change Text for EDUCATION Tile' and 'EDUCATION Tile Order'.
