How to Adjust Brivo for Daylight Savings Time?

Unfortunately, the Brivo settings in ShapeNet are not designed to automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time.  The Hour offset value has to be manually adjusted to align the Brivo check-in times in ShapeNet

Reports > Check-in > Brivo Event Activity with the actual door access times in the Brivo portal (log on to client's Brivo portal > Activity tab).  

If your Check-in times did not adjust for Daylight Savings Time, please submit a Support Ticket, and our Client Services Department will be happy to assist.
