If you get an error when Adding a New User or adding a new Card ID, check the Facility Info to verify a Primary Check-in Facility is selected.
Tools -> Facility Info.
Click 'Select' to View Facilities.
In the Query, select 'All Active Facilities' and Search.
Scroll to the right. Check to make sure the following fields are set to 'TRUE'.
Is Primary Facility
*Use in MF
Is Checkin Base
* Verify the other connected sites is 'TRUE' in the column Use in MF.
If any site needs to be updated, click the 'Details' link next to the Facility., then 'Edit Facility.'
Edit the appropriate settings.
Save.
