When your system is setup to integrate with Brivo-On, Adding new members is causing an error. You need to check that the card number exists in the Brivo-On Air card bank.
Follow the following steps
- Functions/Users/Brivo Card Bank for prospects/View External Cards
- Enter the number that the new member is to be assigned
- If no results found these cards are missing from the brivo card bank.

If you have multi-facility and are having issues with assigning cards to members.
Go to Tools/facility Info/View Facilities/Query All Active Facilities/Search
Make sure the Is Primary Facility is set. (This is typically the 00001 location)
