How can I Lock out members who owe money when using Brivo

If you would like to lock members out that have a past due balance you can follow these steps to revoke their access to the facility.

• Go to Reports
• Financial
• Open balance memberships
• Query- drop down to select your past due dates
• A list of members will appear
• In the upper right select the lock Brivo icon, you can choose to include all, or edit next to members name to exclude from the lock out.
