Trial Session Trainer Payroll

In the Trial field of the Trainer Payroll, can you enter a percentage?

No, you cannot enter a percentage.  This is because a minimum amount is paid to the Trainer.  If a trial is being sold for $X, a percentage that meets minimum wage laws cannot be guaranteed.  See below for the trainer payroll set up for a Trial Service.

Paying a different rate to Trainer for a Trial Service

 Level Rate Type is inconsequential

 Count Basis is inconsequential

 Trial Rate is the flat rate that is paid out for a Trial Session.

 Functions -> Services -> Add Type. Session Type needs to

denote Trial Session for payroll to payout a special rate.  (this section is already in KB under Common Trainer Payroll Configurations)
