- Unplug the device
- Restart the machine
- Re-plug the device.
- If IDlink is running, close and start it again. If that also does not do the trick, please follow the next steps:
- Unplug the device
- Uninstall "MorphoSmart USB 64 bits Driver"
- Restart the machine
- Reinstall MorphoSmart USB driver from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Identity One\Installation Cache\IDlink Client\MorphoSmart USB 64 bits Driver.msi"
- Re-plug the MSO
- Restart IDlink
