When a member is added to the system and a membership is purchased from the administrator side, the member will not have immediate access to the Passport Door. The synchronization between Passport and ShapeNet happens at midnight. Each new membership will have access after this sync occurs. If the member needs immediate access the administrator can follow these steps:

For memberships purchased online through the member portal, a member can have immediate access. Under tools>>system settings>>non-member settings, enable the field 'Assigns Access Card ID (if applicable)'. Please submit a support ticket by emailing support@shapenetsoftware.com so that our technicians can add a starting card ID to your system for online purchases.
