Passport has an option to lock members out of the Passport Door when their account reaches a dollar value past due. The fee to use this feature from Passport is an additional $5/month. Shape will send the past due balance for each member. You have control over the dollar value that locks a member out.
Example: If the balance option is set to $50, any member owing $50 or less will have access. Any member owing more than $50 will be locked out.
Once a balance is paid, the account will be active again on the next synchronization. The systems sync at midnight. It is also possible to do a manual sync if needed.
