How to perform a manual Sync for your Passport door System

Passport door systems sync automatically with Shape at midnight daily. Sometimes a member is added during the day and the sync needs to be done manually in order for the member to access the facility.  Follow the attached steps to do this on the Passport side.

For Multi-Facility clubs, the manual synch is performed in Shape.

Log into the Primary facility.

Navigate to Functions -> Check-in -> Multi-facility synch

Click the button 'Synch Now'.

The new Card ID will work in all facilities unless otherwise restricted through Access Control.
