There are a number of options you can choose from that will deduct sessions from your member's training package when the member checks-in.
Some of these options require a back-end setting change. If you would like to set up your system using one of the options, please submit a support ticket to Support@ShapenetSoftware.com with your request.
Using the Check-in to Auto Complete Sessions
1. The Check-in Marks the Appointment DONE. **Scheduled Appointment Required. If the member is scheduled for a One-on-One or Group Fitness class, the check-in marks the appointment as DONE. You can request that the appointment is marked DONE if the member checks-in several minutes before or several minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Please let us know how many minutes before and after they can check-in to mark the appointment DONE. **If the member is not on the scheduler on the day they check-in, no session will be deducted. If they check-in before the setting kicks in, no session will be deducted.

2. The Check-in always debits a training session ~ This setting does not require the member to be scheduled. If the member owns a package and they check-in, a session will be deducted from their package. You can request the sessions be deducted several minutes before or several minutes after the member checks-in. **This setting assumes the only reason the member visits your facility is for classes or personal training.

3. LIVE Remote Training and/or Watch a Video Program ~ If a member is scheduled for a LIVE Remote Training class, a check-in will be applied when the member connects to the Live appointment or when they click to view a video. This setting is enabled from your System Settings -> Member Portal Settings -> Auto Check-in for Live Remote Training or Watch Video Program. Only 1 check-in per day will be recorded.
Use this setting with the Auto-Done setting below to check-in and deduct sessions.
4. If you sell Punch Card type memberships, in Shape the Punch Card is virtual. We can set up your system to debit a punch with the member's check-in. Please submit a support ticket if you would like this setting enabled.

5. Class Self-Check-in ~ This is a good option to use if you need to keep separate stats for Class Attendance and Facility check-in headcount. The member doesn't have to pre-register for the class. If there is space available, they can check themselves into the class. From Functions -> Check-in -> Class Self Check-in, members search the class schedule and check themselves into any class that is being held at that time. The class self check-in only populates the attendance reports. It does not populate the facility check-in reports. The member will check-in separately to the facility.
Auto Completing Sessions Only
1. Your ShapeNet system will auto complete and deduct One-on-One and Group Exercise sessions for member who are scheduled. This setting is enabled from your System Settings -> Scheduled Appointment Settings -> Daily Appointment Auto‑Done ‑ Enabled. To enable the setting, select YES. You can also select the best time of day to process the payments. The system defaults to 4:00AM for the Previous Days' Appointments. You can set the Auto-Done to occur on the Same Day as the scheduled appointment or on the Next Day to DONE the previous days appointments. **Auto-completion actions can be changed. If you find the appointment was DONE but the member was actually a No Show, you can UNDO the appointment and update with the correct completion type.
