Display The Participants In The Station Matrix

There may be instances when you would like other members to see who has joined an appointment on the Station Matrix.  For example, you may have teams using the batting cages and need to know everyone has signed up.  To enable this visibility, go to:

Tools -> System Settings -> Member Portal Settings ->Display the Participants in the Station Matrix

You will be able to see the appointment participants from the Schedule Matrix View when you hover over the name of the appointment.
