Step 1: Add Station Categories
1. Navigate to Tools → System Settings → Field Definitions → Station Categories.
2. Add categories for your stations (e.g., Batting Cages, Pool, Tanning, etc.).
Step 2: Add a Station
1. Go to Scheduler → Stations → Add Station.
2. Enter the following details:
• Station Code & Display Name
• Category (select from the ones created earlier)
• Department (if applicable)
• Device (if the station has one assigned)
• Trainer/Member Online Viewing (set to Yes if you want it visible online)
• Entrance Code & Expiration (if required for access)
• Text Message Reminder (set the time before the appointment if needed)
• Description (optional)
3. Click Add Station.
Step 3: Configure Station Availability
(This is a two-step process)
Step 3A: Set Station Calendar Settings
1. Go to Scheduler → Station Availability → Station Calendar Settings.
2. Select a Station Category, Start Time, End Time, and Time Interval for the calendar.
3. Click Submit.
Step 3B: Add Station Availability
1. Go to Scheduler → Station Availability → Add Station Availability.
2. Select the Station you’re adding availability for.
3. (Optional) Add a Message to display if the station is available. If left blank, it will show as AVAIL when booking.
4. Enter the Start Time, End Time, and Maximum Capacity.
5. Set whether Add-on Members/Guests are allowed.
6. Choose the Allowed Session Length.
7. Under Weeks Repeated, select 52 weeks to avoid frequent updates.
8. Choose the Days of the Week for repeating availability.
• Note: If weekend availability differs, set Monday–Friday first, then repeat the process for Saturday and Sunday with the correct times.
9. Click Add Availability.
Step 4: Enable Member Portal & Mobile Settings
1. Go to Tools → System Settings → Member Portal Settings.
• Ensure Show Station Matrix Tile is enabled.
• Update the Station Matrix tile text if needed.
2. If using a mobile app:
• Go to Mobile Settings.
• Enable Show Station Matrix on App and Show Station Matrix Button.
• Click Save.
