Station Matrix - Blocking a Timeslot That is Already Busy With an Appointment

If you have timeslots on the Station Matrix that are usually open and available for Member Appointments but are needed for temporary appointments such as a Tournament, these are the steps to block the appointments.  

If you are blocking 1 timeslot:

1.  Delete the existing appointment
From Quick Functions -> Station Matrix;
Find the Date and timeslot you want to block;
Click into the appointment and click the 'Delete' link;
Click here to Continue back to the Scheduler.
2.  Block the desired timeslot on the Station Matrix
Quick Menu -> Station Matrix;
Click the 'SCHED' on the timeslot;
When the Appointment screen comes up, verify the date, time and that the Trainer says 'No Trainer', select the appropriate Workout Length and come down the 'Station' area at the bottom;
Select the Station from the drop down and check the box to 'Block Station';
Enter the reason for the block into Notes - ex. "Squash Tournament";
Click Add Appointment.  The timeslot will be blocked.  The member will be able to view the appointment on the member portal and what it is blocked for but not be able to schedule.

Blocking more than 1 timeslot (same time)

1.  Quick Menu -> Future Appt;
Click the link 'View Classes (including NOT_AVAILS);
Search for the class in the list or do a CUSTOM QUERY to select the specific class from the Class Type drop down and Search;
You can either check the boxes in the far left column to delete specific classes or use the link to Delete Future Class for all Days or Delete Future Class for these Days and Time;
2.  Quick Functions -> Station Matrix;
Click the SCHED on the timeslot;
When the appointment screen comes up, verify the date, time and that the Trainer says 'No Trainer', select the appropriate Workout Length, use the drop down to select how many weeks you are blocking and select the days of the week you are blocking for this time;
Select the Station and check the box to 'Block Station';
Enter the reason for the block into Notes - ex. "Squash Tournament";
Click Add Appointment.  The timeslots will be blocked.  The member will be able to view the appointment on the member portal and what it is blocked for but not be able to schedule.
If you click into the Blocked appointment, you are able to bulk remove or bulk update the blocked timeslot.
