New Owner Purchased existing ShapeNet System and Opened New Global Payment Account

Error "Failed - Invalid token referenced; token does not exist.!" 

If you are the New Owner of an existing ShapeNet system that used Global Payments and you Applied for a Global Payments Account and were approved.  Shape will receive new codes to Integrate to your account.   Global Payments must merge the data from the existing account to your new account in order to run payments under your global payment account.
