How to add a membership with a fixed start and end date

Memberships can have a fixed start date and end date.  Under Functions>>Memberships>>Add/View Type, the following field will control this:

Fixed Start/End Date

Check the box for fixed date, and add the start and end date.  This is only used for Pay In Full membership types.  This is useful for college facilities that run on a semester schedule and need all memberships to end at the same time, or a gym facility that has a set start and end date for a program, such as bootcamp. The prorate options can also be used for the payment. 

For example, a semester runs from 8/1-12/31. A student can join at anytime during the semester and only pay the remainder of the months, ending 8/31.
