Deleting a Membership Type

• Functions -> Memberships -> View Type
• If known, enter the Type ID and Search.  If not known, click Search to bring up all of your Active Types.
• If the Delete link is in the Action column, the Membership has never been “purchased” by a member, the Type can be deleted.
• If the Delete link is not an option in the Action column, the Membership has been “purchased” by at least one member and the type cannot be deleted.  It can only be inactivated.  
• To inactivate the type, click the Edit link in the Action column.  Update the Status from Active to Inactive and click 'Update'.
