How to Generate Mass Emails

Quick Functions -> Members

Use the Filter to select ~

• Members - Active
• Members - Inactive
• Members - Frozen
• Members - with Memberships
• Members - without Memberships

If you are using the Member Type or Categories to send emails/texts to specific groups, select it now.

Now Search.

When your results return, look for the 'Generate Mass Emails' icon . Click the icon to bring up the email form.

To: The number of members with something in the email address field. The email addresses may not always be valid. Shape does not validate email addresses.

From: The 'From' email address should be the email address authenticated with Sendgrid.

Template: Select a pre-written email template or you can simply type your message. We recommend creating a template for mass emails. 

Creating Email Templates

When you are happy with your email, click Send.
