Disabling SMS alerts for a user
Functions-> Users-> Find User
- Enter the first few letter of the user's last name, click [Search]
- Under the actions column, click [Details]
- From the details area, click [Edit]
- Locate the Contact section
- Uncheck the [Enable SMS Alerts] box
- Click [Save]
