How do I move a client from Phase-1 to Phase-2

1. Go to the Open Balance (membership report)
2. drop query to custom query
3. set membership status to phase-1 collections
4. add any other criteria
5. Search
6. Click icon send to collections
7. Change collections phase: to Phase 2
8. Edit Members that need to be sent to phase II to include them in the batch
9. Process Batch
