Emailing and Texting Payment Transaction Failures in Bulk

To email or text your members a friendly message when their monthly recurring payments fail,

you can message the members immediately after their payments fail or message them with your other open balance members.

1. From the EFT Failed Transactions Report

Reports -> Financial -> EFT Failed Transactions

Use the filter to select by date range or Batch ID.

Click the icon for "Generate Mass Email" or "Generate Mass Text".

Select a template.
