Remove Assessment Alert at Member Checkin

To remove the assessment alert upon checkin, you can do the following:
Functions -> Fitness Assessments -> View Members
Run a query for Missed Assessments
Click on the Date
Remove the Date
Enter Reason 
Click on Update Date
