- Add Expense
- Select Payee
- Set Due Date
- Enter Amount Due
- Select (or add) Category
- Enter any applicable notes
- Click Add Expense
View Expenses
- Functions
- Expenses
- Search on specific Display name, and/or choose a query
- Click Search
Custom Query
- Use “=” or “btwn” to limit the due date of the expenses to be displayed
- Set Expense Status
- All
- Paid
- Pending
- Category - as defined
