How do I Freeze Membership and Charge a Fee

When you freeze a membership, you have the option to charge a fee per month while the membership is frozen. For example, if you want to charge $5.00 monthly while a membership is frozen, you will enter this amount in the "Period Rate Amount During Freeze" field. If you do not want to change a fee during the frozen period, be sure to set this field to $0.00.

Leaving this field blank can cause monthly rate to show as due again during the period of the freeze
