How can I change the parent/primary account assigned?

Functions -> Memberships -> View Memberships

1. Enter the Childs Last Name
2. Select Membership Actions -> Change Parent
3. Primary Memberships shows the current parent attached
4. Choose New Parent to assign
5. Click Select Parent
