What is the Difference between an Active and Pending Service Package

Very little difference 

• Both are available to use for scheduling
• Both have payments due per their payment schedule
• A pending service will not roll until an Active service closes
• An Active service is available to roll on due date - with an option to choose the pending service
• An Active service can be used for Auto Deduct on Checkin
