Android Mobile APP Trouble Shooting - Clear Cache on APP
If you are experiencing issues with your Branded Mobile App on your droid phone.
For example, when you login none of your tiles are showing.
Go to the go to settings on your smart phone
Click Apps
Locate and click on the Branded Mobile App for Example Method Fitness
Click on Storage
Click Clear data
Click OK
Open App and Login
If you still cannot login we recommend uninstalling the Mobile App
Restart your phone and reinstalling the App.
