If a YouTube link is added, then the system will try to get the thumbnail from YouTube.

Vimeo

If it is a Vimeo video then you will need to sync the thumbnails.

Other Video Host site

If the video is neither, then we will show the uploaded thumbnail.

To edit a Thumbnail, click the 'Edit' link next to the video, Browse for your image, then click 'Upload Image'.
