Summary of Video Reports

Reports -> Member Portal

• Member Activity -  This report displays all member activity on the portal and the app.  For the videos, it tells you which specific video the member viewed and the platform they used to view it.

**You can run a Custom Query specifically on the video activity by selecting the Activity Type for one  of the 10 Video Tiles.

• Member Video Usage – This report displays unique visitors to the videos during the select time period.

• Video Analysis – This report shows you in graph form the top 10 videos viewed by platform.  The platforms are smartphone, tablet and Video on Demand in the club.

• Video Rating Analysis - This report allows you to view/delete the comments the members leave on each video, This report also allows you to show in graph format, download to pdf or excel.
