How can I locate Active Training Members who have not trained in the last month

Reports ->Retention -> Last Training Date Analysis

• Query options are Active Training Members - Not Trained in the Last 7 days (This is the default)
• Additional Query options
  • Active Training Members - Not Trained in the Last Month
  • Or you can select custom query by Last Training Date, Trainer Last Name and Member Status
• Once the results appear you have the ability to access Contact History, pkg History, Packages, Member details or send email to the individual

Icons at the top right above the results allows

• Allows you to view the report as a Bar Graph
• Allows you to view the report as a PDF
• Allows  you to download the results for example to excel allowing additional filtering or notepad
• Allows you to generate Mailing Labels
• Allows you to generate Mass Email for members with email addresses on file
• Allows you to send an sms to all members that have a cell phone on file.
