1. Quick Functions/Memberships/custom query - Memberships-Active/download to excel/sort by price/review 0.00 or low money memberships for input errors/then resort by eft pay method/review the members that have exclude as the payment method.  If they are pif or family accounts this is probably ok.  But if they are month to month memberships they may not be billing correctly.
2. Reports/Memberships/Membership Cancel Report - Provides a list of members that have canceled.
3. Reports/Memberships/Membership Rollover Report - Provides a list of members who have rolled over or will be rolling over.
4.  Reports/Memberships/Membership Checklist - Provides a list of members that are missing billing information, Missing payments or signed documents.

Training Reports - If you are a club that sells personal training or have classes.

1. Reports/Training/Trainer (session) activity - Provide you a list of how much training your trainers are completing.   
2. Reports/Retention/Members W/O Training Packages - Will provide a list of members that may not have a training packages attached.  
3. Reports/"Misc/Stats"/Class Activity or Class Activity by Instructor.  Provides a list of classes and the average attendance.

Member Portal Reports - If your members are making purchases from the member portal or member app you should run these reports.

1. Reports/Member Portal/Member Activity - This report will provide you with details of what your members are doing on the portal for example updating profiles or billing information, purchasing memberships or services
