How do I restrict administrators from seeing the pay rate for employees?

How do I restrict administrators from seeing  the pay rate for employees?

To do this you will go to the Admins Security -

1. Expand Functions
2. Expand Users
3. Remove the check for VIEW_OTHER_USERS
4. If the Administrator is logged in have them log off then back in.  At this time they will not have access to view employee details
