How to create/generate mailing Labels

If you would like to generate mailing labels for all your users Prospects, Guests Members, Trainers, Administrators, Vendors etc. 

--> Functions--> User

--> Enter your criteria 

--> Click Search

--> At the top of the results click the icon  Generate Mailing Labels

-->Choose the label product

--> There are two options Generate labels generates this format to just open the file and print labels

--> Or Export Addresses 

If your labels are printing the card id on them we have a setting to disable that feature from printing on your labels see KB How do I remove the member's card ID's from mailing labels?
