Shape offers two solutions to manage your billing processes.

AUTO BILLING FEATURE

Depending on your gateway we do offer an Auto Bill feature.

NOTE: Re-runs, obtaining new payment information and handling past due balances will still remain the clubs responsibility.

FULL SERVICE BILLING

We also offer a Full Service Billing option that would take care of running your billing, re-run failures, apply late fees, call members to obtain new payment information, handle past due balances based on your contract Full Service Billing Team.
