Sales CRM Quick Guide

Shapenet offers a Fully integrated Sales CRM or Customer Relationship Management. Shape helps you to effectively handle, monitor, and store data pertaining to prospective clients through a centralized, data-driven software platform.
You can now enable your staff to effectively manage all Prospects & guests leading to a higher Member Conversion.
- Track & manage Email/ Calls to and from prospects and guests.
- See where you are collecting leads – Facebook, Instagram, website, etc…
- Track Sales Stage.
- Sales Specific Scheduler. Schedule Tours or Assessments.
- System will auto follow-up (drip/auto texts and emails) for any prospect that did not purchase.
- Report on the effectiveness of your Staff closing sales.
I. Using Important Links for Prospect sign up and scheduling.
There are important links in your Shapenet system that you can use on your website and Social Media sites for Prospects to sign up for and schedule a tour of your facility.
Find the links under Tools -> Important Links.

When the Prospect signs up and schedules an appointment, the new lead will appear in your Alert Center on the Home Page as a new Sales Lead. You will be able to assign Sales Reps to the new lead and manage the Sales Stages from this area. This report can also be found under Reports -> Sales CRM -> Sales Leads.
You can also add new prospects and guests into Shape manually.
II. Functions
Functions -> Sales CRM -> Add Prospect
- Ability to add a new prospect into your Shapenet Database
Functions -> Sales CRM -> Prospect / Guest Calls
- View and manage your prospects / guests calls in your Shapenet Database
Functions -> Sales CRM -> Search Prospects/Guests
- Admin will be directed to Find User Screen, Query Defaulted to Active Prospect
III. Reports
Reports –> Sales CRM –> Prospect/Guest Analysis
- Defaults to list of All active guests/ Prospects
- Best Practice: Custom Query – Set Current sales stage to focus on prospects that are ready to close, recall information from people that were at one time interested in your services for marketing.
Reports -> CRM -> Prospect/ Guest Management
- Track the in & out bound conversations of your sales team
Reports –> Sales CRM -> Probability Analysis
- View the Sales probability of your clients converting. Each Member profile has the ability add a probability under the users’ Miscellaneous field.
Reports –> Sales CRM -> Prospects/ Guests Expected to Purchase
- View prospects/ Guests that are expected to close within the query’s settings
Reports -> Sales CRM -> Prospects/ Guests Never Contacted
- Easily locate Prospects or guests that have never been contacted.
