How Do I Locate My Failed EFT Transactions?

Functions -> Reports -> EFT Failed Transactions

• Use the Query to locate failed transactions by date ranges or by using the prewritten Queries
• Drop the Query list to Custom Query to enter the batch number specifically or to query just memberships or services.
• You can send the Member an email individually or generate a Mass email to send to your failures.  You can also generate Invoices for your Memberships or Services.
