How a trainer can update/change his/her Login ID?
- From the Trainer Portal
- Click Tools
- Click Change Login ID
- Enter the new Login ID
- Update Login ID
Note: If the login ID already exists it an error message will appear.
How a trainer can update/change his/her Password?
- From the Trainer Portal
- Click Tools
- Click Change Password
- Enter the new Password
- Update Password
NOTE : Please do not use the special character "&" sign. The system does not recognize this and the password will not work.
